Nickolay Klyagin. Painter.
Born on 14th of October, 1955 in the settlement of Studenetsky, Oryol region.
Graduated from Oryol Art School (1971-75), where his teachers were N. Rymshin, M. Nikiforov and G. Nikiforova, and Kharkov Art Industrial Institute (1975-80), teachers were: A. Kapshuk, Y. Zherzytsky, V. Sizikov, B. Kolesnik and A. Scherbak.
Member of the Kharkov Bureau of the Ukrainian Artists Union since 1993. Works at art studio.
